Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract?
No. All paid plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalties or early termination fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Invoicing is available for Professional plan customers.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free — that's a 17% discount compared to monthly billing.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our Data Processing Agreement.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We use row-level security for tenant isolation, role-based access controls, daily backups, and Supabase infrastructure with 99.9% uptime SLA.
